One of the many skills I believe chefs |
require is the ability to manage time and |
multiple objects simultaneously. In an |
essence, they are required to seamlessly |
juggle all the components in order to deliver |
the best food on time. To get this idea across |
visually I have painted Peter doing just that |
– juggling. |

The transient food, you may notice is not |
from this world. They are in fact fusion |
combinations inspired by Peter's recipes and |
cuisine style. |

From left to right, they are as follows |
‘fennelesco' (fennel and radicchio), ‘OJ-beet' |
(orange and beetroot), ‘copaya' (coconut |
and Papaya), ‘Pearadish' (pear and radish), |
and finally a ‘figquat' (fig and kumquat). |
