Claudia & Maigan Portrait

Recently I was given the opportunity to meet and paint two wonderful young ladies -

Claudia and Maigan.

Amongst their many talents they are accomplished highland dancers. I designed the

background reminiscent of the Celtic style, including one of the girls other

loves – wolves.

It was a surprise for the client’s sister which made the process all the more fulfilling.

The end result is a lively artwork full of character, mirroring the girl’s energy

and vitality.

My clever husband set up a camera in my studio to capture the developing process of the painting.
